Our Spring Soccer
program is dedicated to building fundamental soccer skills. This is wonderful
opportunity for coaches and
players to enhance their skills, travel and have fun
in the spring sun! This is a coach-select program.
This program is offered to U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16
& U19 AYSO-registered
players. Coaches select
players within their division according to the spring select guidelines.
The
purpose of these teams is to allow those players who have demonstrated soccer
ability and who have displayed an attitude
for fair play, enthusiasm and
cooperative team spirit, to participate on a team of players who have similar
qualifications.
Teams will consist of (10 players in U10 7 vs 7, 12 players in U12 9 vs 9, ) U14 13-15 players and practice may begin in January. The Season will end in mid July.
Participation on the teams requires an increased level of commitment from both the players and parents. Players are expected to punctually attend all games and practices and display a sense of responsibility towards the coaches and other team members. Teams may participate in the spring league and tournament play (any city in Southern Calif.), these games will involve travel and also Sunday play. Teams are self funded and parents should expect to contribute between $400 - $600 per player.
Both players and parents should also be involved in the fundraising that will be necessary for the team to have a successful season.
