FALL  2009  REGISTRATION

We have completed our regular registrations for the Fall 2009 season.  At this time we will analyze our
Registration totals and make a determination if and when we we will hold a late registration.   Once we
finalize the details, Late Registration and wait list information  can be found here!

AYSO is an all Volunteer Organization PLEASE REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER!
 We need volunteers for a variety of positions.  If you can contribute time for your child
we need your help!  Feel Free to contact our CVPAs, to see how you can volunteer. 
We need at least 250 head coaches, 250 asst coaches 250 center referees and 500 assistant referees
so our kids can play soccer.  If you would like to be involved with your kids, we will provide you with the training.

Reasons to volunteer: Its Fun, your kids look up to you, you meet great people,  so your kids have a positive experience!!

Our Regional Referee Classes will be given at the Civic Center on August 14th & 15th and also on Aug. 28th and 29th.
You must attend one set of classes to complete the course. On Friday from 7:00-10:00pm & Saturday from 8:00-5:00pm.
Two copies of your Volunteer form along with picture I. D. are required.

Safe Have Courses–MANDATORY FOR ALL COACHES AND REFS 
      July      24, 2009, 6:30p.m. To 9:00 p.m. at Grand Avenue Park    
      August 21, 2009, 6:30p.m. To 9:00 p.m. at the Civic Center
      September 11, 2009   6:30p.m       9 pm      at the Civic Center

We will make every attempt to find a spot for your child to play!  You must pre-register your child via EAYSO.

After you have pre-registered your child, you will need to bring the following to one of our scheduled
Registration Events.
What is needed: Either Birth certificate/Passport/Immunization Record:  Required for new players only

For each child, print 3 copies of your registration form, sign and bring a check for $100 made payable to AYSO 779.

NOTE:  EAYSO only completes the paperwork for your child, it does not register
