Helpful Hints for Registering On-Line

 

 

1.     Go to http://www.eayso.org/

 

2.     If you registered on-line last year and created a user name and password click on the LOG IN button.  If this is your first time, click on the FIRST TIME button.

 

3.     Click on the AYSO Blue Parent Button to pre-register your child with AYSO.

 

4.     Enter your e-mail address and create a password.

 

5.     You will be sent through 2 screens to create a username and then come to the Region Selection screen. Click on “I want my child(ren) to play in region” and enter 779.

 

6.     Enter the parent information and make sure all the fields with asterisks are complete.

 

7.     Enter child’s information.

 

8.     When complete you can choose to add another player or print forms. (If you did not volunteer for anything it will bring you back to the volunteer page. Click on next at the bottom of the page and it will bring to the screen where you can choose to add another player or print forms.) If you add another player you can print all the forms at the end by clicking on the print forms button and then the individual printer icon at the end of each child’s name. (If you have trouble opening the form to print hold the control button down at the same time you click on the icon.) Remember to print 3 copies and bring them with payment to in-person registration to complete your child’s registration.

 

 Remember registration is not complete until you bring your pre-printed forms and payment to one of the in-person registrations!
